Writing background: Writing background: A brief synopsis of your work and a short author bio. Please submit a sample of original work with your application form. Acceptance in advanced workshop is based on the strength and promise of the writing sample.

Two months before departure you are expected to submit a 20 – 25 page story you wish to workshop—this is not required of beginner writers.

Reservation: $700.00 refundable deposit by check, credit card or money order, this will reserve your space. After 30 days payment is non-refundable; however,payment is transferable to another conference. All reservations should be made three months prior to departure due to limited space. Not included: International airfare, and airport taxes, ground transportation, Items of a personal nature, Gratuities and porterage, Travel insurance, Emergency medical evacuation insurance, Visas (if required), All prices are in US dollars and do not include international airfare. Travel insurance is advisable for medical and cancellation purposes.

France:
Shared room, with two twin beds: $2,750
Single room with double or queen size bed: $3, 450
If you’re interested in bringing your husband/wife/companion to share your room but they will not be enrolling in workshops, the fee is : $1,000

|
Thailand: $2,750 shared single for 10 days ($3,250 single), 8 dinners.
|
|
|
For France, you must bring your own sheets and towels.
|
|
|
It's important to add, due to unforeseeable circumstances, authors listed as attending our conferences are sometimes unable to attend.
